Riding a Thorazine Wave

Yesterday morning my body was just bent on getting me up early so before the clock had even reached 7am I was in the studio, despite having gone to see LCD Sound System the night before with Xipetotec and Alyce. By the time we wrapped up around 10 or 11 last night we had a new track, with a title none the less. Unfortunately it appears that yet again the bounce down was just silence. So when I get back this evening I’ll be uploading it. I really wish Cubase would warn me before doing such things. Well that and I’m going to have to put a little note reminding myself to check the files before powering everything off.

The original “synth” part that started the track I worked on probably two years ago at this point under the working title of “Bastard.” While watching the show Saturday I started having lots of ideas coming into my head with it. We left the studio last night with the name of “Riding a Wave of Thorazine” but now I’m leaning towards the shorter “Riding a Thorazine Wave.” The initial synth part mutated into what I can only describe as a “thorazine shuffle” which spawned the name.

While I like the blue links, they are a tad hard to read. IMO
