Well originally I’d posted that “Travelers and Tourists” was completed, but after lots of listening, it could still use some more work. Xipetotec concurs.

Shorten the intro, re-record the spoken word, variations of the bass and string themes, rhythm tracks need more variety, clean up the break, perhaps another break, bring the song to climax earlier, mess with instrumentation to achieve a better balance of voices, record the final vox, and a whole butt-load of engineering work.

xipetotec has good mic technique (aka he’s mr. loudman). we pushed the faders up on the board as much as we could so while we could push it on the computer, it would probably be wiser to just do a quick re-recording of them.
i’m probably more a tourist as there is a level of comfort to sleeping in my own bed after being in the studio.
