Yeast is fermenting like mad. Woke up this morning and they had blown out the airlock. Had to sanitize and replace it with a new one this morning before work. I think it is going to be a minimum of 7% ABV. Figure I'll have it in bottles in 3-4 weeks (1-2 week primary, 2 weeks secondary).... then the real aging begins. The longer we wait... the smoother it'll be. Although I think it'll probably be pretty awesome by April. Illness and other complications kind of delayed it (all of us have been sick with the crud for over a week).
