Every time we change the batteries, you gotta reset the clock / date.... ugh. Brewing beer is just a highly specialized form of cooking - If you can cook good food, you can brew beer. Hopefully you guys will like the end product, even if it is different from Flying Dog's Gonzo Porter. Having never tasted that beer...
